About this tool
A QR code is just a picture of some text. This decoder reads that text back out: the web address behind a poster code, the network name and password in a Wi-Fi code, the phone number in a contact code, or a plain written message.
The decoding happens in your own browser, so the picture you choose never leaves your device. That matters, because QR codes routinely carry Wi-Fi passwords, personal phone numbers and payment details.
