How Utiloot handles the files and information that pass through it.
Last updated: August 19, 2026
Utiloot is built to be used without an account. You don't need to sign up, log in, or pay to use any tool. We only handle the files you choose to upload, and only for as long as it takes to give you back your result.
Utiloot has two kinds of tools, and they handle your files very differently:
We don't require an account to use any tool, so we don't collect names, passwords, or payment details through normal use. We don't sell data, because we don't collect the kind of data that would be sellable in the first place.
Like any website, our server and hosting provider may see standard connection information (such as your IP address and browser user-agent) simply as part of handling a normal web request. This is typical web-server behavior, not something we actively collect or analyze about you individually.
Some pages load fonts, icons, or PDF/image libraries from third-party content delivery networks (for example, Cloudflare's cdnjs). Those requests go directly from your browser to the CDN, which — like any web request — may see your IP address and browser information under its own privacy practices.
Utiloot is a general-purpose utility site and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
If how Utiloot handles files or data changes — for example, if we introduce accounts or ads — we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
